Everland StablesEverland Stables:

Tim and Jess Janson own the entire island, a rough eighteen square miles of grassland, meadows, fir woods, swamp and freshwater lakes.
The main ranch headquarters is on the island’s eastern half, on a high spot to protect against storm tides.
There are three main barns: The Queens’ barn and runs, for the mares in foal, the Stallion barn and runs, for the current standing stallions, and the South Barn, for horses in training or competition. A 3/4ths mile track rings an outdoor arena, and behind it is a smaller covered arena. A cross-country training course rings the inner island.

color referance from my own stock.

More Gimp. I can't get rid of that white line- I think it's stray pixels from the smudging- so in the future I'm blocking color in Illustrator to get a nice hard edge.

I think I'm keeping this horse. :P And yes the anatomy is horrible. I don't want to think about how bad it is right now.

Thanks! The lighting on the original picture was low, and coming from behind, so it cast some interesting shadows.
